Welcome to our incredible new concept! You will find that we are unique in our design and offerings, but that our hearts are still rooted in old-fashioned excellence in food and service. We offer a new Collective concept that centers around a Source Kitchen, Curbside and Delivery Experts, and Retail Take-Out Options. Our restaurant is Meridian Market Kitchen open for Lunch and Dinner. The Wine and Coffee Bar highlights local vineyards and Craft Beers, signature cocktails, and premium coffee drinks. Then finally a Retail Café including our own meals for take-out, local Made-In-Oklahoma products, and the work of local craftsman and artists.
To introduce our Collective, one needs to begin with the Kitchen. Our kitchen staff will be exemplary in skills and standards. Menu items will change seasonally and the offerings for take-out and retail will vary as well. Safety and Sanitation training is thorough, and dedication to our craft is expected of all employees.

Baristas and Bartenders of utmost skill with wines, local craft beers, mixology expertise, and familiarity of coffees will find unique opportunities on our team. The centerpiece of our Collective is the The Collective Wine and Coffee Bar. Bar staff will be the center of attention, serving guests enjoying the retail café side, of course bar customers, and the service bar.

Service Staff will operate the heart and soul of our Collective, the restaurant dining rooms. Servers will be knowledgeable about wines, craft beers, specialty cocktails, and coffee drinks. Bar knowledge will be a must, and expertise on the menu will be critical. Specials, daily features, lunch and dinner menus will give our Staff the power to truly enhance their guests’ dining experience. Our Host Staff will have the skills to pamper and the professionalism to serve all the guests’ needs; and guide them as needed.

Take-Out Specialist- a new breed of restauranteurs. Our Collective will feature something no one else does, Curbside, To-Go, Catering, and Retail take-away options under one roof. Skills needed are customer service, multi-tasking, money-handling, packaging and coordinating orders, curb-side and third-party delivery synchronization and expediting with the Kitchen.

Our Collective ties services together uniquely with The Market Retail Café. Offerings of signature menu items and specialty options from single person snacks to family meals will be available in refrigerated cases. Our Meridian Market will also serve as a storefront for numerous Made-In-Oklahoma (MIO) partners, including unique ingredients that will be used in our menu items. We will commission sales for craftsmen, artists, and MIO vendors in a casual atmosphere. Retail Staff will assist customers with purchases but will also serve guests utilizing our charging stations while they enjoy premium coffees, wines, desserts or even one of our retail Grab & Go selections.
